Privacy Policy

Courtside Middle East helps players find, book and manage court sessions across web, iOS and Android. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how you can control your data.

Data We Collect

How We Use Data

We use data to create and secure accounts, show nearby courts, process bookings and social games, send confirmations, provide support, prevent fraud, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Third Parties

We use trusted providers to run Courtside: Supabase for authentication, database, storage and realtime services; Stripe for payments and saved payment methods; Cloudflare for hosting and security; Apple and Google for sign-in or platform services where you choose to use them; and Google Analytics for website measurement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay details are handled by Stripe and the platform payment providers. We receive payment status and reference IDs needed to confirm bookings, refunds and support requests.

Host Verification

Event creation is free, but public event hosts must be approved before publishing events. Emirates ID images submitted for host approval are stored in private Supabase Storage, scoped to the applicant and reviewed by authorized Courtside admins only. These documents are not shown publicly, not used as a public badge, and are used only to assess host eligibility, prevent fraud and respond to safety issues.

If your host application is rejected or you later want the verification documents removed, contact support. We delete or restrict access to verification material unless limited retention is needed for legal, fraud prevention, payment, dispute or safety reasons.

Reporting and Blocking

Players can report events, social games or users and can block other users from appearing in their app experience. Reports are reviewed by Courtside admins and may lead to content removal, host review or account restrictions when appropriate.

Location

Location access is optional. If you allow it, Courtside uses your location to show courts nearby and improve the booking map. You can disable location access in your browser or device settings.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion from the app settings or by contacting us. When deletion is completed, we remove or anonymize your account profile and related personal data unless we must keep limited records for legal, payment, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide Courtside, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain security. Payment records may be retained for accounting and compliance.
