Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Courtside Middle East on the web, iOS or Android to discover venues, book courts, join social games or manage an account.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You must not use another person's account or create bookings with false information.
Bookings and Social Games
Bookings depend on venue availability. Social games may require enough players before payment is captured or the game is confirmed. Venue rules, cancellation windows and availability may vary.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking or joining a social game, you authorize the relevant payment, hold, capture, refund or transaction fee shown in the app or website flow. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling depends on the booking type, venue rules and payment status. If a social game does not fill before its cutoff, players will be notified and eligible holds or payments will be released or refunded according to the displayed terms.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the platform, interfere with bookings, harass players or venues, attempt unauthorized access or use Courtside for unlawful activity.
Community Safety
Courtside includes reporting and blocking tools for public events, social games and player interactions. We may review reports, remove content, limit event-host access, suspend accounts or contact users when needed to protect players, venues and the platform.
Event Hosts
Public event creation is free after host approval. Host verification information, including Emirates ID images where requested, is used only for approval, fraud prevention and safety review. A host badge means the account is approved to create events; it is not a public government identity certification.
