Delete your account
Courtside lets every user permanently delete their account and associated personal data. You can delete it immediately inside the app or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the Courtside app.
- Open Profile, then open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm Delete. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your Courtside account with the subject “Delete my Courtside account”. This lets us verify that the request belongs to the account owner. We will complete a verified request within 30 days.
Request account deletionYour account, profile, saved payment-customer reference, push tokens, bookings, social-game participation, friend connections, reports, and other account-linked app data are deleted or anonymized as applicable.
Data we may retain
Limited transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, or tax records may be retained only when required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. Retained records are restricted from normal product use and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
